Estimating your order's arrival
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, except US holidays. To calculate the estimated arrival date for an item, simply add the item availability (found on the item page) to the shipping speed. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need help calculating arrival dates.
Delivery & tracking
To ensure that your package makes it to you safely, a signature will be required for delivery (except APO/FPO addresses). When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a Tracking Number (for FedEx 2Day Express) or a Delivery Confirmation Number (for USPS Priority Mail).
International duties & taxes
Crystal Evolution Online does not collect duties or taxes for International shipments. The appropriate duties and/or taxes will be determined by customs officials in your country and must be paid by you, directly to the delivery carrier, at the time of delivery.
