If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, simply return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a refund or an exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to protect the health of our customers, body piercing jewelry must be returned unopened, unworn and unused, with the hologram box seal in place and unbroken (jewelry can be viewed through the clear area of the box). We cannot accept body piercing returns or exchanges if the hologram seal is broken.
How to return an order
- Contact us. All returns and exchanges must have an RMA number in order to be processed. Please use our online return/exchange form to request an RMA. We will then contact you by email with your RMA number and return shipping instructions.
- Check your email. We will email you with your RMA number, exchange instructions, and return address..
- Pack it. Carefully wrap the item in the original packaging (if possible). Please include:
- The box and/or pouch, polishing cloth (if applicable) and any box inserts.
- The packing slip that came in the package or a printout of the order confirmation email
- Ship it. Please ship your return with an insured and trackable carrier such as UPS, USPS or FedEx in order to protect you against any loss during shipment. Please note that Crystal Evolution Online is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. The return address for your package will be provided to you with your RMA number.:
- Check your email. Within a week of receiving your package, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and processed your return. It usually takes 3-5 days after processing for the credit to appear in your account.

- The credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase will be credited unless otherwise specified
- Was the item a gift? If so, you may request a check instead of crediting the card used to make the purchase. Please include instructions with the package.
- If the item was purchased using a gift certificate, then store credit will be issued
